This policy explains what personal information we collect through the Coastal Glades website, why we collect it, who we share it with and the choices you have.
Who we are
Coastal Glades is brought forward by Prospect Capital. Prospect Capital is the controller of the personal information collected through this website, which means we decide how and why it is used.

What we collect
When you register your interest, we receive the details you enter in the form: your name, email address, phone number (if you give one), the types of home you are interested in, any message you write, and confirmation that you agreed to be contacted.
When you visit the site, our hosting provider automatically records basic technical information, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested, to deliver the site and protect it from misuse.
Your cookie choice is stored in a small cookie so we don’t have to ask you again. See the cookies section below.
We don’t ask for, and ask you not to send us, sensitive information such as health details or financial account numbers through the form.
How we use it
- To reply to your registration and any message you send.
- To send you news about Coastal Glades, including release details, floor plans and pricing as they become available. We rely on your consent for this, which you give by ticking the box on the form.
- To run the website securely and keep it working properly. We rely on our legitimate interests in operating a safe, reliable site.
- To meet any legal or regulatory obligation that applies to us.
We don’t sell your personal information, and we don’t use it for automated decision-making.
Who we share it with
We only share your information with service providers who help us run the website, and only as far as they need it to do that work:
- Web3Forms delivers the details you submit through the registration form to our inbox.
- Vercel hosts the website and processes the technical information described above.
- Google Fonts supplies the typefaces used on the site. Your browser requests them from Google, which receives your IP address in the process.
These providers act on our instructions. We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or to our professional advisers where needed.
Transfers outside the UK
Some of our service providers are based in, or store information in, other countries, including the United States. Where this happens, we make sure appropriate safeguards are in place, such as the UK–US data bridge or the UK International Data Transfer Addendum to standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep it
We keep your registration details for as long as you want to hear from us about Coastal Glades, and for no longer than 24 months after our last contact with you. Technical logs kept by our hosting provider are held for a short period in line with their own retention policies. You can ask us to delete your information sooner at any time.
Your rights
You have the right to:
- ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you;
- ask us to correct anything that is inaccurate or incomplete;
- ask us to delete your information;
- ask us to restrict or stop using your information, or object to how we use it;
- ask for your information in a portable format;
- withdraw your consent at any time. This won’t affect anything we did before you withdrew it.

Keeping your information safe
The site is served over an encrypted connection, and we limit access to your details to the people who need them to respond to you.
Complaints
If you’re unhappy with how we’ve handled your information, please contact us first so we can try to put it right. You also have the right to complain to a data protection regulator: in the UK, the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk), and in Jersey, the Jersey Office of the Information Commissioner (jerseyoic.org).

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
